- Production Leadership: Lead and mentor the production team and subcontractors, providing the guidance needed to meet Archadeck’s "Quality Standards" on every build.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Review sold projects for buildability, submit construction drawings for approvals, and manage the full project timeline from permit to punch list.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage jobsite materials, verify take-offs, and develop weekly production goals to ensure resources are positioned for maximum efficiency.
- Communication & Client Experience: Provide daily status updates on active projects and manage customer expectations with a high standard of service. Great communication is a must, both internally and with our clients.
- Financial Oversight: Manage job costing and project closing procedures to ensure every build meets budgetary requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop new systems, tools, and methods to improve profitability and client satisfaction across the board.
- Experience: 3+ years of construction management (outdoor living, residential remodeling, or custom home building experience is a major plus).
- Technical Savvy: You should be proficient in using Microsoft software. You should be comfortable using both desktop and mobile technology to manage projects. You will be taught how to use any new and/or proprietary software while on the job.
- Organizational Mastery: The ability to multitask across several high-stakes projects at once without losing sight of the details.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to coordinate tradesmen, provide feedback to crews, and present professionally to clients.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset—you see potential site issues before they become expensive delays.
- Degree in Project/Construction Management preferred (extensive relevant experience will be considered instead of a degree).
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
- OSHA certifications (preferred but not required).
