We are Archadeck Outdoor Living, North America’s leading designer and builder of outdoor living spaces including decks, porches, sunrooms, hardscape patios and shade structures.  We seek an Office Manager professional with previous administrative support experience.  As an Office Manager, you will be Client facing and focus on effective client communication.  The Office Manager will provide information to Clients and the Business Owner by following the established Archadeck process and business systems.  You are a highly motivated person with strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to follow our documented processes. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support and assist the Business Owner
  • Lead administrative and Client support activities from initial inquiry, through sale, to production, and contract closure
  • Answer calls to ensure the vast majority of client inquiries are met with immediate service
  • Communicate with Clients, building officials, and suppliers to convey any pertinent information
  • Develop electronic and paper document packages for Client and jurisdiction requirements 
  • Enter and maintain Client data in technology applications as appropriate
  • Manage tasks and reminders for production tracking and maintain Client job folders
  • Advise Owner of daily task and deadlines for production requirements  
  • Assist in the resolution of any Client questions and/or complaints
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2 years minimum experience working as a member of high-performance teams
  • Independent work ethic and professional positive attitude
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
  • Strong reading, writing, arithmetic, interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies/environments/situations
  • Desire to constantly learn and innovate with Archadeck proprietary systems and web technologies
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.), Quickbooks Online, Google Apps, Smartsheet, and ServiceMinder CRM 
 
Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
