We are Archadeck Outdoor Living, North America’s leading designer and builder of outdoor living spaces such as decks, porches, sunrooms, hardscape patios, and shade structures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work on exterior residential remodeling projects
Deliver finished product to satisfaction of the contract specs and client expectations
Coordinate your employees to ensure they understand and work to construction drawings in compliance with the specified details
Maintain orderly job site by cleaning up daily and assuring safety practices are utilized
Maintain positive relations with customers
Comply with the Subcontractor Agreement as signed

QUALIFICATIONS

Background in good carpentry techniques, framing, and trim- the foundation through roof
Ability to read and interpret plans, determine elevations and check take-offs
Willing to learn and follow documented processes
Able to pass background check
Clean and neat appearance
Must be a registered business with current Certificates of Insurance & WC Insurance

Compensation: $115.00 - $130.00 per hour
