About the Role:
We are expanding our team and looking for a strong, steady leader to guide our duct cleaning crews. The Duct Cleaning Team Lead oversees daily operations, supports technicians, ensures high-quality workmanship, and maintains a positive customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead duct cleaning jobs and set the example for professionalism
- Coach and support technicians during daily operations
- Ensure proper equipment setup, safety, and high standards of work
- Perform attic insulation inspections and upgrade recommendations
- Communicate clearly with customers and represent Enviro-Air with excellence
- Help organize job flow, truck readiness, and daily assignments
- Support training for new technicians
- Promote company initiatives (reviews, yard signs, door hangers, upgrades)
- Provide input to management on team needs, improvements, and scheduling
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in duct cleaning or related field preferred
- Natural leadership ability — steady, patient, and team-focused
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to train and develop others
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Ability to manage workload, job efficiency, and quality control
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
