Outside Sales Representative – Asphalt & Seal Coating


(Commission-Based | Paid Training | Company Vehicle Provided)


We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to sell asphalt paving, seal coating, striping, and repair services. This role is with Lazer Striping & Sealing, a growing paving and maintenance company with strong leadership and big plans for continued growth.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, meeting customers face-to-face, and closing deals.



About the Role


This is a commission-based sales position with paid training. You will work a mix of company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities, building a strong pipeline of commercial and residential work.


We provide the tools, training, and support — you bring the work ethic and follow-through.



Responsibilities


  • Respond to and follow up on company-provided leads

  • Meet with customers on-site to:


    • Evaluate parking lots, driveways, and pavement conditions

    • Create accurate bids and proposals

  • Send estimates and follow up to close jobs

  • Generate new business by:


    • Visiting commercial properties and decision-makers

    • Going business-to-business offering bids for parking lots

    • Targeting residential neighborhoods for seal coating and asphalt work

  • Maintain organized notes and follow-ups

  • Represent the company professionally at all times



Schedule & Work Environment


  • Monday–Friday schedule

  • Field-based role with daily customer interaction

  • No weekend work required



Requirements


  • Sales experience preferred (construction, paving, or service sales a plus)

  • Comfortable talking to business owners and homeowners

  • Self-motivated and disciplined with follow-up

  • Willingness to work both inbound leads and outbound prospecting

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Willing to learn estimating and pricing (training provided)

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
