About Us
We operate multiple growing construction and home service companies in the Springfield area. Our crews move fast, and we need someone who keeps jobs organized and ready so installs run without delays.
The Role
This is not a basic warehouse job. You are responsible for making sure every job is staged, accurate, and ready to go. If crews are waiting or missing materials, this role owns fixing it.
Responsibilities
Daily: Load and dispatch crews each morning (goal: out by 7:30 AM), pull and verify all materials for jobs, keep warehouse organized.
Weekly: Stage all upcoming jobs by Friday (goal: 97%+ accuracy), perform inventory checks, submit material needs.
Ongoing: Track inventory, prevent shortages, coordinate with office and field teams, solve problems before they hit the job site.
What Success Looks Like
Crews leave on time every day, no missing material calls, warehouse stays clean and efficient, jobs run without delays.

Someone who takes ownership, is highly organized, communicates proactively, and likes keeping operations running smoothly.
Preferred Background (not required)
Warehouse/logistics, construction, crew lead/foreman, or inventory/parts management experience.
Compensation & Growth
$20–22/hour based on experience + performance bonuses tied to accuracy and efficiency. Opportunity to grow into operations leadership.
Important Notes
Early mornings required (~7:00 AM start). Fast-paced environment—this is not a slow warehouse role. Reliability and accountability are critical.
