We are a fast-growing fence company installing residential and light commercial projects. We stay busy and expect our crews to produce at a high level with quality work.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced fence installer who can run jobs, lead a crew, and get work done without constant supervision. This is not a helper position.
Responsibilities
- Lead fence installations from start to finish
- Manage 1–2 helpers on site
- Read layouts and ensure jobs are installed correct
- Communicate with customers when needed
- Keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule
What Success Looks Like
- Jobs completed on time with high quality
- Minimal callbacks or rework
- Crew stays productive throughout the day
- Problems are solved in the field without delays
Requirements
- Experience installing fence (wood, vinyl, aluminum, etc.)
- Ability to lead and manage a small crew
- Reliable transportation
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Takes pride in doing the job right
Compensation
- $22–30/hour depending on experience
- Opportunity for per-job / production-based pay
- Steady work—no layoffs when you perform
