We specialize in delivering custom, high-end renovation and design-build projects.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our talented team for the summer. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy coming up with creative solutions, we want to hear from you!

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be focusing on supporting marketing efforts through content creation, campaign coordination, brand consistency, and teamwork, while building a wide rage of professional and technical skills. 

Scope of Work:
  • Responsible for new content on social media
  • Support new print advertising for magazines, trade publications, newspapers, brochures, and pamphlets
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards in all posts, captions, videos, and stories
  • Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and possibly TikTok
  • Design for marketing apparel, clothing, and working supplies
  • Strategic Planning- Assist with Marketing Reports, Budgets and Planning
  • Assist with Coordination of Before and After photos (if needed)
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinate with local partners, events, and sponsorship opportunities to increase community visibility
  • Collaborate with sales and design team to gather project information for marketing use
  • Assist with client communication and project documentation when needed
  • Maintain organized files, calendars, and project schedules for marketing activities 
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Currently pursuing post-secondary education in marketing or a related field is considered an asset

Please note this is a temporary summer position with an anticipated end date of August 28, 2026.

Compensation: $19.50 per hour
