Carpenter – Archadeck Outdoor Living (Denver Metro)
Full‑time | $23–$30/hr + Benefits | Immediate Start
Archadeck Outdoor Living builds high‑quality outdoor living spaces including decks, pergolas, and covered porches. We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced carpenter to join our team.
About the Role
You’ll handle layout, framing, and finish carpentry on custom outdoor projects. This is a hands‑on field role that requires strong craftsmanship, problem‑solving, and clear communication with the team and clients.

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of carpentry experience
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Solid understanding of framing, layout, and construction fundamentals
- Knowledge of how a house is built
- Basic understanding of IRC/ICC code as it applies to decks and patio covers
Responsibilities
- Build decks, pergolas, and covered porches according to plans
- Perform layout, framing, and detailed finish carpentry
- Read and interpret construction drawings
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Assist with problem‑solving to keep projects moving efficiently
- Follow safety standards and company procedures

Compensation: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
