Lead Carpenter — Deck & Outdoor Construction (Springfield, MO)

We're looking for an experienced lead carpenter to run deck and outdoor structure builds in the Springfield area. Immediate start available.

What you'll do:

Lead framing and finish work on custom decks, porches, and pergolas
Work from engineered and stamped plans, build to code, pass inspections
Set posts, beams, joists, decking, railing, and stairs
Run a small crew and keep the job moving

What we need:

5+ years carpentry experience, deck or residential framing
Able to read plans and lay out a complex build without hand-holding
Own hand tools and reliable transportation
Shows up on time and communicates when something changes

What we offer:

Open to W-2 or qualified subcontractor crews with their own insurance.

Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
